Description: This programme strengthens PSD’s institutional capacity and effectiveness in delivering high-quality, sustainable, and accountable interventions for women, girls, and marginalised communities. It focuses on enhancing organisational governance, leadership, strategic planning, financial management, human resource systems, monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning (MEAL), safeguarding, and resource mobilisation. Through continuous learning, evidence-based decision-making, partnership development, and improved operational systems, PSD seeks to enhance programme performance, strengthen accountability to communities and partners, and build a resilient organisation capable of sustaining its impact and advancing its mission of social justice and inclusive development.
