Dianah Nampijja is a Lecturer, in the School of Distance and Lifelong Learning, Department of Adult and Community Education at Makerere University Uganda.

Currently, she is a PhD Research fellow in the Department of Global Development and Planning (University of Agder) with a Msc in Development Management (University of Agder, Norway), and a Msc in Education for Sustainability (London South Bank University, UK).

Key areas of specialization are eLearning and mobile technologies, ICT for Development, and Participatory Community Development. She engages in guidance and counselling services to support university students in various ways. She also mentors on several youth programmes in and outside the university.

On the PSD Board, Dianah adds Adult Education expertise in designing community development programmes that are participatory and gender-inclusive. She has a passion for education for sustainability and a strong desire for women transformation.
