Paradigm for Social Justice and Development (PSD) is a women and youth-led Non-Profit Organization that is committed towards advancing Social Justice and Development of women to be able to take shape of their destiny. PSD envisions a Society without injustice, violence and poverty and the mission is to work with vulnerable communities to address social injustices, alleviate poverty and violence.

PSD with support from Hivos is implementing a project to enhance the meaningful participation of GYW in SRHR decision-making and climate change adaptation processes in Wakiso district. The project seeks to build the capacity of GYW in evidence-based advocacy and deepen their understanding of the linkages between SRHR and climate change.

PSD is therefore seeking the services of a consultant or consultancy firm to facilitate two three-day trainings for Girls and Young Women on Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights, advocacy, and Climate Change.
