About the Activity

It was a breakfast meeting with Women Peace Groups on 17th September 2021 held at Floral Hotel Ltd, Wakiso Town from 8:00 to 11:30.am.

Project Officers discussed with participants the gaps identified in their August monthly reports and give an update on the recommendations made during the previous meeting, reviewed the reporting template in groups, discussed the referral pathway and lastly way forward and recommendations were made. A participatory approach with hands on exercises, group discussions and presentations will be used to have them share ideas and create better solutions to any mistakes identified.

The overall objective of this meeting was to address implementation gaps identified during the previous implementation period and track progress on the recommendations made in the previous meeting.

The specific objectives of the meeting were:

• To review the monthly reporting tool and requirements for reporting.
• To discuss the gaps identified in the August reports.
• To discuss the referral pathway in the project areas.
