Quality Management and Enhance Organisational Development

PSD will enhance programme quality and organisational development by strengthening monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL), improving staff and volunteer capacities, and ensuring consistent high standards aligned with human rights principles.

To support its strategic goals, PSD will reorganize its structure for greater national presence, attract and retain skilled staff, diversify funding sources, increase member participation, and build strong partnerships.

These efforts aim to boost organisational efficiency, effectiveness, visibility, and impact in advancing women’s rights.
