On the 4^th– 6^th October 2023, PSD attended a training organized by Coalition for Action on 1325 (COACT) at Esela country hotel. This training was organized with funding from UN Women with an objective of equipping participants from Kabarole, Kampala, Wakiso and  Kabale,with knowledge and skills in knowing and detecting the early warning signs of violent extremism

CoAct is implementing a project on action to advance women’s leadership for peace and security. PSD as a WRO is to develop a workplan on how to implement activities under the said project in the Wakiso district in Wakiso and Kyengera Town council).
