A Training of primary actors on conflict prevention and resolution, civic participation and conflict early warning and response.

With the increasing rate of conflicts, effective conflict early warning and early response (EWER) systems are crucial for maintaining peace and stability. In line with this, Paradigm for Social Justice and Development with support from UN Women and Women’s Peace and Humanitarian Fund organized a 3 day’s training for primary actors in this, particularly the security agencies including Police and local council leaders, play a vital role in identifying potential conflicts and responding appropriately to mitigate risks.

This training aimed at building the capacity of security agencies including Police and local council leaders on Conflict Early Warning and Early Response and the importance of women’s meaningful participation in peacebuilding and conflict resolution processes. The training equipped participants with the knowledge, skills, and tools to effectively identify early signs of conflict and implement timely and appropriate response mechanisms.
