Paradigm for Social Justice and Development (PSD)
Paradigm for Social Justice and Development (PSD) is a Non-Profit Organization driven by women lawyers and human rights advocates dedicated to promoting social justice and supporting the growth of women and youth.
As we transition into developing our 2026–2030 Strategic Plan, PSD is offering internship opportunities for students and young professionals seeking hands-on experience in the development and social justice sector.
PSD is inviting applications for internships in the following areas:
- Human rights and legal research
- Project support and documentation
- Monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL)
- Gender and youth empowerment programs
- Communications, media, and storytelling
- Organizational development and administration
Who can apply:
Students, recent graduates, and early-career individuals eager to build their skills, gain field experience, and contribute to PSD’s mission. Relevant academic background is an advantage but not mandatory. Apply by submitting the following to info@paradigmforjustice.org
