Paradigm for Social Justice and Development (PSD) is a women and youth-led Non-Profit Organization that is committed towards advancing Social Justice and Development of women to be able to take shape of their destiny. PSD envisions a Society without injustice, violence and poverty and the mission is to work with vulnerable communities to address social injustices, alleviate poverty and violence.

PSD with support from Hivos is implementing a project aimed at enhancing meaningful participation of GYW in SRHR decision-making and climate change adaptation processes in Wakiso district. The project seeks to build the capacity of GYW in evidence-based advocacy and deepen their understanding of the linkages between SRHR and climate change. The target group is Girls and Young Women (GYW) aged 15-24 years.

PSD is seeking for interested applicants, whether a consultant or a firm to conduct a comprehensive needs assessment to identify gaps, priorities, and opportunities for programming and advocacy for GYW
